Statistics are in for August! Continuing the hot summer trend, there were 1,731 residential properties sold this August compared to 1,581 in August 2018, a 9.5 per cent increase. Sales consisted of 1,300 residential properties and 431 condominium properties, a 9.7 per cent and 8.8 per cent increase respectively from August 2018.
