Ottawa Market update for Residential Homes - December 2020 compared to December 2019.

Here are the numbers for Ottawa Residential homes and the comparison of new listings, homes sold, average sale price, and average days on market from December 2019 and December 2020.

There were 1,002 residential properties sold in December compared with 757 in December 2019, a 32.4% increase year over year. Of those sales, 710 were in the residential property class and 292 in the condominium property class, an increase of 33.7% and 29.2% respectively from December 2019. The five-year average for December is 779.
