There were 964 residential properties sold in January compared with 778 in January 2020, an increase of 24%. Of those sales, 674 were in the residential-property class and 290 in the condominium-property category, an increase of 21% and 31% respectively from January 2020. The five-year average for total unit sales in January is 786.

There were 1,002 residential properties sold in December compared with 757 in December 2019, a 32.4% increase year over year. Of those sales, 710 were in the residential property class and 292 in the condominium property class, an increase of 33.7% and 29.2% respectively from December 2019. The five-year average for December is 779.
